After an amazing trip away collecting plenty of bunya nuts along the way, Julia will be sharing an informal, down-to-earth talk all about these incredible native ingredients — with an optional tasting experience for those keen to give them a try 👩‍🌾🌰

She’ll also chat about:
• Other native ingredients used in their products
• How these ingredients are traditionally and creatively used
• The fascinating fermentation process behind their vinegar making
